At The Shop Company, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in the original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, adhere it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
